The project of revitalization of an extensive, considerably devastated spa area was dedicated to the reconstruction of all the original buildings and their extensions, landscaping and furniture design. The former children's hostel now serves as a hotel with wellness facilities in the basement. The existing volume of the building is complemented by a light wooden orangery (restaurant), which serves as a functional connection of the spaces on the ground floor and in the basement. The orangery is followed by a wooden footbridge and a terrace in front of the pond. The historic garden pavilion near the hotel has been restored to its original condition with interior design for the restaurant. The farm building serves as a hotel facility with the use of an attic for the apartments of permanent employees. The resort also has a renovated building with gyms. Some of the investor's interventions were not in line with the project.
