Reconstruction of the Strašnice semi-detached house from the 1920s changed during construction to a new building in its original volume. The house is based on old buildings, but it is also a new, independent building, characterised by its simplicity: simple areas with stucco, large square windows with wooden lining, a tent roof made of titanium-zinc sheet. The main volume of the house and the connecting neck with the bathrooms form one unit. The attached porch is a light wooden building with a walkable roof. The simple layout is based on the originally planned reconstruction - connecting the rooms on the ground floor creates an open living space, upstairs are small but functional and bright rooms. The internal staircase is one piece of precast concrete.
